Established in 1982 by Mr. T.S. Narang and Mr. Parkash Mehra the organization has grown into one of the largest Baby Care Companies in India.

Baby Products and Packaging are currently the two segments we service.

Our strengths in Brand Creation and redistribution have been the key to our success in the Baby Products segment. Vertical Integration and continuous innovation in design and technology have also been instrumental in our growth in this segment.

Our packaging business, started in 1996, has grown to 50% of our business by value. We continuously endeavor to provide our customers a quality conscious and cost effective Packaging solution. We manufacture, Injection Stretch Blow Molded, PET Bottles (180ml to 1L), PP/PC bottles (60 ml to 250 ml) for captive consumption, and corrugated boxes.

For the past 30 years, Mr. Mehra has been managing the Company and is well-regarded in the Rubber and Plastics Industry.

Mr. RAKESH MEHRA (Director-Marketing)

Educated as a Bachelor of Commerce (St. Josephs College of Commerce), Mr. Rakesh Mehra has been working with the company since 1991. He has successfully restructured the Marketing and Redistribution System, for baby products, in the entire Country. By developing a separate shaped PET bottle for each product and company, he has promoted the idea of Brand Equity in the lower to middle price liquor segment in India.

A Chemical Engineer (Bangalore University) with a Post Graduate degree in Plastics Engineering (University of Massachusetts, Lowell) and a Masters of Business Administration degree (Michigan State University). He has rich experience of 10 years in the field of Plastics (Production, Product Development and as a Program/Account Manager). He has worked with Companies in U.S.A as under

Mr. Rishi Mehra has joined the business in 2008 and is managing the production, IT, and quality activities in the business. The Company has its manufacturing facility based at Peenya, Bangalore in South India. The factory building is of R.C.C. construction covering an area of 34,000 Square feet. The land area on which the factory located is approximately 4 acres.
